My husband grew up in a second generation family bakery business & all he can remember was that food was the topic of conversation. The business and customers always came first. Food was their passion

With that said, I was on a quest to replicate many of those recipes that our Yiayia's (grandmothers) created. I researched and studied spice blends in order to create those authentic flavors in easy to use Simply Greek Spices. What makes our blend unique? We blend herbs & spices as our main ingredient, not salt. We use Sea Salt and our salt levels are very low, so all you taste is flavor!
