When life gives you cucumbers...


2 Cups Greek Yogurt

ó Cucumber Peeled and Chopped Finely  (recommendation: deseed the cucumber so the tzatziki)

2-3 Garlic Cloves Chopped Finely

1 tbsp Olive Oil

1-2 tsp Dill  (adjust to your taste)

Pinch of Salt

Pinch of Pepper


Combine the Greek yogurt with all of the other ingredients. Side Note: If you cannot find greek yogurt, you can use regular yogurt but you need to drain it overnight first.

Let the Tzatziki site in the refrigerator  overnight or at least for a few hours so that the flavors can blend together.
